Adult Education and Engagement
Claremont UCC offers numerous adult education opportunities throughout the year.
Adult Education Hour
Every Sunday from 9-9:45am we offer two dynamic adult education opportunities. Join us in the Louise Roberts Room (in the Guild Hall) for our Speakers’ Forum, featuring lectures on Biblical Studies, ethics, philosophy, current events, science, culture, and more!
For a more intimate study of Scripture, our Kitchen Table Theology class is led by Rev. Ken Stephens in the Sumner Room.
Through visits, phone calls, flower delivery, and cards, this team cares for our elderly, ill, and homebound members. Email Jessica at email@example.com to join the team.
There are times when every one of us experiences difficulties, loss, or discouragement. Our CUCC Stephen Ministers provide support to those members of our congregation who are directly experiencing specific life challenges and transitions. They also provide confidential, one-on-one support for those who are the caregivers for other family members and friends during their times of crisis, loss, or transition. To learn more about Stephen Ministry, visit their website at http://www.stephenministries.org/. To confidentially reach out to our CUCC Stephen Ministers, either email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our pastors directly.
Monday Book Group
This group meets for conversation and study. Contact Peggy at email@example.com to find out about the next selection!
