Welcome

Welcome to Claremont United Church of Christ!

We are a progressiveOpen and Affirming congregation focused on being agents of the justice and peace God envisions for creation. Whoever you are and wherever you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here!

Worship Services

Join us Sunday mornings at 8:15 and 10:00 am.

Our 8:15 service lasts 45 minutes and is held in the Kingman Chapel.

Our 10:00 service lasts 60 minutes and is held in the Sanctuary. This service includes a children’s message and Sunday School for children preschool-8th grade. Following the service, please stay for refreshments and fellowship. Childcare is available during this service as well.

Communion

Communion is offered at both services on the first Sunday of each month. At Claremont UCC, all are welcome at Christ’s table, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.

Inclusive Language

You may hear and see wording used in the hymns and other parts of worship different than you are used to. Claremont UCC incorporates language that is truly inclusive with respect to God and to people. You may learn more about inclusive language in the United Church of Christ by visiting the UCC website.
